GoBinder was a Windows based mobile content organizer for students. It is similar to PlanPlus for Windows, EverNote and Microsoft OneNote. GoBinder allows users to import Web clippings, Microsoft Office documents (for example, a professor's PowerPoint presentation), and handwritten notes into a single electronic notebook. The application also includes task, calendar and contact management tools that are able to be synchronized with Microsoft Outlook.

GoBinder is developed by Agilix Labs, Inc. and has been privately labeled by Blackboard under the name Blackboard Backpack. Blackboard is no longer offering Blackboard Backpack for sale. Agilix now offers the "Agilix Backpack." In addition to GoBinder features, Backpack automatically downloads online course information into the client for offline browsing.

Agilix ceased supporting or selling GoBinder as of January 1, 2010[1]
